In Schedule I to the principal Act,- Schedule I of Act VII of 1870. (1) for Article 1, the following shall be substituted) namely:- Number (1 ) (2) "l. One rupee and ninety- five paise. One and paise. rupee forty Eight rupees and twenty- five paise • . Sixteen rupees and fifty paise. (1) 73 (2) for every two hundred and fifty rupees, or part thereof, in excess of seven thousand five hundred rupees upto ten thousand rupees; and When such amount or value exceeds ten thousand rupees, for every five hund- red rupees, or part thereof in excess of ten thousand rupees upto twenty thou- sand rupees ; and Proper fee (3) Twenty--four rupees and seventy-five paise. When such amount or Thirty--three value exceeds twenty thou- rupees. sand rupees, for every one thousand rupees, or part thereof in excess of twenty thousand rupees upto fifty thousand rupees ; and When such amount or value exceeds fifty thousand rupees, for every five thou- sand rupees, or part ther eof in excerss of fifty thousand rupees: Provided that waximum fee leviable on a plaint or memorandum of appeal shall not exceed eleven thousand rupees " (2) for articles 6, 7, 8 and 9 the following shall be sub- stituted, namely:- "6.
