In Article I of Schedule II of the Court-Fees of Schedule Act, 1870- . II, Article (1) in the Second Column · of Clause (e) after I of Act the words "for any construction" the follow- 'fs\Io. of ing words shall be inserted, namely:- "or any other purpose" ; and (2) after Clause (e) the following new Clause in the Second Column and entry in the Third Column shall be added, namely:- "( f) When pr.esented to an Appropriate Re- venue Authority for demarcation of land- (i) When the area of such land does not exceed Five bighas.
