Am endm ent o f Schedule II, Article 11.—In Clause (c) in the Second Column in Article 11 of Schedule II to the Principal Act the words “or to the appellate Assistant Commissioner of Income-tax or to the appellate Tribunal, under Sections 30 and 33 respectively, of the Indian Income-tax Act, 1922” shall be deleted.
