Am endm ent o f Schedule II, Article 1.—For clause (c) (a) in the second column and entry in the third column of Article I of Schedule II to the Principal Act the following shall be substituted, namely:— “ (a ) (<j)—When presented to a Regional Transport Authority or State Trans port Authority containing prayer for permits for Contract Carriage, Stage Car riage, Private Carrier or Public Carrier or for any other purpose. . . .Five rupees . appellate authority prescribed under the Assam Sales Tax Act, 1947 or to the appellate Assistant Commissioner of Income-tax or to the appellate Tribunal,
