Registrar 16- (1) The Pro-Vice Chancellor shall be entitled to an additional allowance of Rupees Five Thousand (Rs. 5,000/-) only per month during the tenure. The Registrar shall be a whole time salaried officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Executive Council on such terms conditions and remunerations as may be prescribed.
