Notwithstanding anything contained in this Ad, any decision given, order made, anything done, any action taken or any proceedings commended under any of the provisions of the Act or rules, Statutes, Regulations in force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue in force and shall be deemed to have been given, made, done or taken, commenced under the provisions of this Act.
