In the principal Act, in section 40, in sub-section (4), for thr existing provisions of clauses ( c) and ( e) , the following shn II be substiu~ted, namely :- "(~) not conduct111g the meetings of the Board under sub-section (3) of section 43 or delegates or representatives tinder sub- section (4) of section 41 :'' "( e) autbmti<ic dissolution under ~ub· section ( 4) of seci!i'.ln 41 ;".
