kl the principal Act, in section. I 0, in sub-section (I), in cla~se (e), for the existing prevision, the following shall be substituted, namdy :- "( e) a copy of treasury challan or proof of electronic payment as an evidence in support of payment of registration fee calculated as per the provisions of sub-section ( 1) of section 17 which shall be non-refunclahle."
