(1) The Assam College Education (Provincialisation) Act Repealing Ordinance, 1998 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance c>o repealed shall be deemed to have be.en done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
