(1) Every registered society shall keep the following documents and allow inspection free of charge by any member of the society and such other persons as may be prescribed at all reasonable times at the office of the society : (a) a copy of this A ct; (b) a copy of the rules framed under this A ct; (c) a copy of the bye-laws of society ; (d) a copy of all rules framed under the bye-laws of the society; (e) annual Balance Sheet authenticated by the audit Officer; (f) Such other books, forms, register or other documents as may be prescribed by the Registrar. (2) A society shall deliver to every member on payment of a sum prescribed by the society's bye-laws or rules, copies of documents certified to be true copies.
