A general meeting to be termed as Annual General Meeting of the General Assembly of a registered cooperative society shall be held atleast once in every cooperative year within a period of 120 days from the date of expiry of every cooperative year. The Board shall automatically stand dissolved for not holding Annual General Meeting in accordance with the provisions of the Act and bye-laws within 120 days from the date of expiry of every cooperative year.
