(1) The Assam Co-operative Societies (Amend- SP avin« meat) Ordinance, 1975 is hereby repealed. A’*a m oavings. i nance II ef 1975 (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed, shall be deemed to have been done or taken, as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
