In clause («) of sub-section (2) of section 50 of the principal Act, for the words and brackets “item 57 or item 59 in list I in the seventh schedule to the Government of India Act, 1935 (as adapted and modified)” the following shall be substituted, namely :— “ item 91 or item 96 in list I in the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India” .
