Cognizance of offences.—(1) No court inferior to that of a Magistrate ofl the second class shall try any offence under this Act. (2) No prosecution for an offence under this Act shall be instituted without; the previous sanction of the Registrar. (3) Offences under this Act may be tried summarily. CHAPTER XIV Jurisdiction
