Member of unlimited society to furnish information as to his financial ■position.—(1) A full, true and accurate statement of his assets including his immo- ■vable property and liabilities shall be furnished— (a) by an applicant for membership of a registered society with unlimited ■liability, together with his application, (b) by a member of a registered society with unlimited liability when ■required to do so by the Registrar or any person authorised by him in this behalf ■or by the affiliating society. ■ (2) No member of a registered society with unlimited liability shall be a ■member of more than one such society. ■ (3) A member of a registered society with unlimited liability shall furnish to ■the society full, true and accurate information regarding his intention to transfer ■his immovable property, in whole or in part by way of sale, mortgage or gift at least ■fifteen days before completion of each such transaction.
