(1) The Registrar, or where the State Government of dTru~t.ee appoint any other rerson in this behalf, such officer, ;~we'r~ a~d shall be tl1e Trustee for the purpose of securing the functions. fulfilment of the obligations ot the Central Mortgage Bank to the holders of debe11tures issued hy the Board. (2) The powers and functions of the Trustee shall be governed by the provisiom of this 1\cl and by th~ instrument of trusl executed between the Central Mortgage Hank and the Trustee as modified from time to time by mutual agrLement between the Board and the Trustee.
