If any person constravenes ar,iy order made under Section 3 he shall be punishable wit h im Jri- sonnent for a term which may extend to three years or with fine or with boyh, and if the order so provides any cour t, tryi ng such contravention, may dire ct that any pr opercy in respect of which the Court is satisfied ·t hat the order has been contravened shall be forfeited to the Government. ?. Aby person who a ttempts to contracene or abets a contravention of any order made under Section 3 shall be deemed to have contravened that order.
