The Under-Graduate Board shall consist of following members, namely: - (1) the Vice-Chancellor; (2) the Rector; (3) three persons from among the professors and the Heads of Departments of the Department of the University and of the Constituent Colleges elected by the Academic Council; (4) six Principals, including at least three from professional colleges, elected by the Academic Council from amongst its own members; (5) three persons who may or may not be members of the Academic Council, nominated by the Vice-Chancellor; (6) ten persons to be elected from amongst the teachers of affiliated colleges; and (7) one member of the Examination Committee to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor.
