In the principal Act, in section 6, in sub-section (3), - of Section 6. (i) for clause (a), the following shall be substituted, namely:- "(a) The chairman shall be nominated by the State Government. However, if the State Government feels it to be necessary, Sarva Seva Sangha, Sevagram, Wardha, may be consulted." (ii) fOr clause (b), the following shall be substituted, namely:- "(b) The State Government shall have the following three representatives :- (i) Commissioner and Secretary or Secretary to the Government of Assam, Revenue Department. (ii) Director of Land Records, Assam. (iii) Director of Land Requisition, Acquisition and Reforms, Assam." ,. •
