Jf the land donated forms a part of a hulding, holding. the Bhoodan Board or the grantee concerned may . apply to the Revenue Officer for partition and the Revenue Officer may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any law for the time-being in force and after such enquiry as he deems nec essary, partition the holding and demarcate the land and apportion the revenue or the rent, as the case may be.
