No suit, prosecution or other Jegal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or the Board or an employee of the State Government or the Board or the Commission or any other person acting under the direction of the State Government or the Board or aiding or assisting the State Government or the Board or the Commission or in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules or order made thereunder.
