The Authorities of the University may, subject to the prior approval of Rules 850 wwi(ly @ 3 The Academic Council and other authorities of the University may, subject to the approval of the Board of Management, make rules consistent with this Act and the Statutes, Ordinances and the Regulations made therounder. The rule may provide for- (a) the giving of notices to the members of each authority, the dates of mectings and the business to be transacted at such meetings and also for keeping a record of the procecdings of the meetings; () the procedure to be followed at the meetings and number of members required to form the quorum for the meetings; and (© all matters solely conceming such authority or the matters not provided for by this Act, the Statutes or Ordinances or the Regulations made under this Act. The Board of Management may or may not approve the rules submitted to it .
