For removal of doubts, it is hereby declared that the provisions of Transfer of Property Act, 1882, shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, apply to every apartment together with its undivided interest in the common areas and facilities as these provisions apply in relation to any other immovable property and the provision of the Act shall have effect Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law.
