In the principal Act, in section 12A,— (i) in sub-section (1 ),— (a) after the words, “the Commissioner’, occurring in between the word “If’ and the punctuation mark the words “or any officer authorised in this behalf by him” shall be inserted; (b) in clause (b), for the words “ one thousand”, the words “fifty thousand” shall be substituted; (ii) sub-section (3) shall be omitted.
