In the principal Act, in section 3, in sub- Insertion of , new clause section ( i), after clause (a), the following shall b (b) in - ■ section 3. inserted as clause (b) and t ie ext ting clauses (b) aid (c) snail De re umbered as clause (c) and (d) tesp'Ctively namely:— “(b) In the case of cinematograph exhibiiion, where the payment of admission is— (i) rupee one or le s s ----fifty per entum of su-h payment ; (iii tup es two or less but more than rupee one------eighty percentum of such payment ; (ii) more than ru ees two----- onetundrrd percentum of sucti payment: Provided that the maximum ceiling of such tickets including the tax shall rot exceed rupees twenty in case of admission to c nemitograph exhibition.” M.
