The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- (1) The Board of Management ; (2) The Academic Council; (3) The Board of studies of each Faculty including Post-Graduate Studies ; and 1 * * * * (4) Such other bodies of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University. Constitution of the Board. 10.(1) The Chancellor shall , as soon as may be after the first Vice- Chancellor is appointed under the provision of sub-section (1) of section 19 take action to constitute the Board of Management.
