(I) No act or proceedings of any authority valiiity. or other body of the University shall be invalid merely by reason of the existence of a vacancy or vacancies among its members or by reason of some person having taken part in the proceedings who is subsequently found not to have been entitled to do so. (2) Save as otherwise provided in this Act all acts and orders in good faith done and passed by the University or any of its authorities shall be final and no suit shall be instituted against or damage claimed from the University or its authority for any thing done or purported to be done in pursuance of this Act and the Statutes and regulations made thereunder I (3) No suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall lie against any officer or other employees or the University for any act done or purported to be done under this Act or the Statutes without the pre- vious sanction of the Board.
