In the principal Act, in section 5, - (i) in sub-section (1), the words "or any of the kinds of" appearing in between the words "all” and "agricultural" shall be deleted. (ii) for sub-section (4), the following shall be substituted, namely :- "(4) The State Government may, at any time by notification in the Official Gazette exclude from the market area any area comprised therein or add a new area to it."
