(1) The Accounts of the Board shall be Accounts of audited every year by the Director of Audit the Board. (Loacal Fund), Assam or in whatever name he may be called or any officer authorised by him. The Board shall be deemed to be a Local Authority for this purpose. , (2)The Board shall make arrangement for internal Audit of its Accounts every year by such officers or pursons as it may deem fit. (3) The Forms of Accounts to be maintained by the Board for the purpose of Audit shall be such as may be determined by the Board in consultation with the Director of Audit (Local Fund), Assam. ) (4) The report of Audit with comments of the Board thereon shall be submitted to State Government every year.
