All moneys received by or on behalf of the Board shall be credited to a fund called "The Assam State Agricultural Marketing Board Fund". The existing Fund of the Board before coming into force of the Assam Agricultural Produce Market (Amendment) Act. 2000, shall be credited to the Assam State Agricultural Marketing Board Fund established under this section, within one month from the date of coming into force of the Assam Agricultural Produce Market (Amendment) Act, 2000.
