(1) The State Government may, at any State Go- tjm e c a u fo r a n c[ examine the proceedings of the o r a n Y m a r ket committee for the puipose of proceedings satisfying itself, as to the legality or propriety of of market any decision or order passed by the Board or market committees committee under the rules. If in any case, it aiordersPaSS a PPe a r s to the State Government that any decision thereon, or order or proceedings so called for should be modified, annulled or revised the State Government may pass such order thereon as it may think fit.
