(') If any officer or member of the Board contraven- or market committee when required to furnish in- ing Provisionsfo r m a tio n jn regard to the affairs or proceedings of Section 32.Qf jjo a r (j o r a m a rket committee under Section 32, (a) Wilfully neglects or refuses to furnislt any information, or o 25 (b) Wilfully furnishes false information, he shall, on conviction be punishable with fine which may extend to rupees two hundred. (2) If any officer, member, or a staff of the Board or a market committee wilfully neglects or refuses to do any act or wilfully or without any reasonable excuse disobeys a lawful written order issued under the provisions of this Act or fails to furnish information or return lawfully required from him he shall, on ponviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to rupees five hundred.
