(1) The Board shall create apool of officers Officeis. as soon as may be convenient for appointment of such staff at the markets as may be notified from time to time in the official Gazette. Every market committee shall contribute a sum not exceeding 30 per cent of its gross revenue as may be determined by the Director to the fund of the Board to meet the cost of staff to be appointed by the Board under sub-section (2) and also for meeting the cos’ of general supervision. (2)The Board shall make appointment to theof post notified under sub-section (1) from the pool j- officers created by the Board and it shall be obi gatory on every market committee to employ sue1, persons.
