(1) A market committee may also employ ana salaries such other officers and staff as may be necessary market ° f ^O r m a n a Se m e n t °f the market and may pay such committee, officers and staff such salaries as it may think fit. (2) A market committee may also provide for payment of such leave allowances, pensions and gra tuities as it may deem proper and may contribute to any provident fund which may be established for the benefit of such officers and staff. (3) The powers conferred by this section on the market committee shall be exercisable by it subject to any rules which may be made in this behalf by the Board. Execution
