A market committee shall have the power to regulate entry of persons into the prin cipal or sub-market yards, to supervise the behaviour of the persons so entered for transacting business and to take disciplinary action against the licencee who fails to fulfil the conditions of the licence or any direction of the market committee, issued with in the purview of this Act or rules or bye-laws.
