Prcparadon and tancdo[ of budget - (1) The Board shall prepare and pass a budget of lts lnome and expenditure for the ensulng year in the prescribed form and shall submit it to the State Government for approval, The State Government shall approve the budget with or without modificatlons, within two months from the date ofreccipt thereof, falllng whict the budget shall deemed to havc been approved.
