StL Vacandes tn tte Board. - (1) Where a vacanry occurs through resignatton, removal or non'acceptance of office by a person nomrnated to be a rnember or through such person becoming dlsqudtfied to be a member or through the death or orplry of hts term of ofrc€ as the case may be, the vacancy shall be fflled up wlthin threa months of the occurrence ofsuch vacancln Provided that if tl'e vacanry of a member occurs within six months precedrng tie date on whidr the tc*n of oEce of dre member enprres, dre vacancy shart not be ftlled up.
