The notlfication under tils secdon shall also be published ln such area ln tfte manner as may bc prescribed: Provrded that no arca wtthln thc llmitg of a Dtstrict Coundl shall be induded in suclr area elccpt after consultadon wlth the Dlsdct Council concernd; Pnovtded fu$her t rat if no obiccdon or suggetion ls r.celyed from the Dlstrlct Counctl within thirty days after it being addressed, the State Government rrtry publish the noHffcadon as lt deems fft (2) The nodf,catlon under sub-section (1) shall statc that any obiocliom or suttetions whlch may be rccelved by the Sate covernment withln ruch perid as may be speclfied ln the notificadon, not b€ing less ttan dfrty days, shall be consldered by the StaE Gov€rnmenL {.
