The State Government may, by noti fication in the Official Gazette, consti tute a Sta te Level Co-ordin ation Com mittee with a Chairman and such number of members, as may be decided, to review the functioning of the Co rpora tion and to suggest ways and means for improvement and also to perform such oth er advisory functions as may be specified in the notification” .
