(1) A Corporation shall with the approval of the Corporation Government appoint any person as Secretary cum Manager of the Corporation. He shall be a whole time salaried officer of the Corporation and will perform all executive and other duties of the Corporation as the Board may from time to time decide. (2) A Corporation may also appoint such num ber o f other salaried staff as it considers necessary or desirable for the efficient performance of its functions. (3) A Corporation shall determine the terms and con ditions of appointment and service of the salaried staff in consultation with the State Government. Power to
