(1) If. a Director other than an official nominated by the State Government :— (a) becomes subject to any disqualification men tioned in Section 12; or (b) is absent without leave of the Board for more than three consecutive meetings thereof, his seat shall thereu pon become vacant . (2) Any Director elected under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 12 may resign his office by giving notice thereof in writing to the Board and on ’such resignation being accepted shall be deemed to have vacated his office. 9 Meeting of 16- (1) The Bo ard shall meet at such times and shall Board, observe such rules of procedure in rega rd to the transactions of business at its me eting, as may be pre sc ribed .
