Each Co rporation shall maintain at its office a reg ister of the share-h olders an d shall en ter therein the fol low ing particu lars so far as they may be av ailable na mely:— (i) The names an d address of the share-holders an d a statem ent of th e shares held by them , distinguishing each share by its denoting nu mbe r ; (ii) The da te on which a person is entered as a share-h older ; (iii) The da te on which any person ceases to be a share-h older ; an d (iv) Such other particulars as may be prescribed. • t 7 M sa ag em en t.
