PART IV Penalties Whoever in any transaction sells or purchases any article by any denomination of weight other than one o the Standard Weights shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with imprisonment of either description which may extend to six months. Penalty for use or possession of weights, etc. not authorised.
