Every Inspector shall verify every weight of weighing instrument which is brought to him for such purpose. If the weight or weighing instrument satisfies the requirement of this Act and the rules made thereunder he shall stamp the same with a stamp of verification. Power to inspect weights, etc, and power of entry.
