The Assam Municipal Act, 1923 (Assam Act V of 1923). Clause (XXVIII) of section 297 shall be deleted, and clauses (XXIX) (XXX) and (XXXI) renumbered as clauses (XXVIII), (XXIX) and (XXX) respectively.
