In the principal Act, in section 4, in sub- of section 4. section (2), after the existing proviso thereto, the following further proviso shall be inserted, namely:— “ Provided further that in an appropriate case the Tribunal may relax the provisions contained in the foregoing proviso regarding the period of six months specified therein”.
