The Tribunal shall . for fae purpose of the disposal Tribunal. of an appeal have all the powen of a civil court for the trial of a suit under the CoJe of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908) in respe:;t of the following matters, namely:- (a) summoning and enforcing the attendance of any person and examining him on oath ; (b) requiring the discovery 11nd production of docume:its; .
