Service line lo unouthorized occuponts:- (l) When o request of on opplicont for gront of woter supply to his/her premises, tempororily occupied unouthorizedly, is received in writing, the Executive Engineer mqy occept the proposol ond the person so opplying sholl, ot his/her own cost, provide oll service pipe ond fiftings Ior corrying out the works, or else he/she sholl deposit the money to the concerned Executive Engineer os per the opproved estimote, under this Act. 38 (2) Such woter supply connection to the unouthorized occuponts sholl not be treoted os the bosis Ior cloim for ollotment of lond ond or compensotion in the event of eviction/demolition in occordonce with due process of low in Urbon or Semi-urbon oreos.
