Power to revise the rotes of woter toriff : The Government moy, lrom time to time, by notificotion, fix the rote or rotes of chorge on meter bosis or on the bosis of number of tops instolled or number of dwelling units or on the dimension of the service pipe, poyoble by the consumer for supply of woter under this Act ond different rote or rotes moy be fixed lor different oreos ond for different consumers; Provided thot the rote of chorges for supply of woter for purposes other thon domestic purposes sholl not be less thon double the rotes chorged in respect of woter supplied for domestic purposes os moy be prescribed.
