The State Government may, after appropriation duly made by the S:tate Legislature, by law in this behall , make such grants and advances to the Authority as it may deem necessarylorthe performance of its functions and discharge ol its duties under this Act; and all grants and advances made shall be on such term and conditions as the State Govemment may determine.
